Sacha Allnatt
Founder · Lead Speech-Language Therapist · NZSTA member
Sacha graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2009 and has since built her career across major teaching hospitals in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Sacha brings over 15 years of public hospital experience and has supported patients with conditions such as head and neck cancer, altered airways including laryngectomy and tracheostomy, and swallowing disorders.
Her international experience includes Austin Health (Melbourne), University College London Hospital, and Wellington Regional Hospital. Sacha is trained in dysphagia, voice disorders, upper airway conditions, chronic cough, tracheostomy, laryngectomy, and instrumental assessments including videofluoroscopy and FEES interpretation.
She emphasises the importance of a strong, trusting relationship and patient- and whānau-centred care. Sacha maintains regular professional development and uses evidence-based assessment and management.
Aoife O'Reilly
Senior Speech-Language Therapist · NZSTA member
She brings extensive expertise to the assessment and management of speech, voice and swallowing disorders, gaining diverse experience in major hospitals in Ireland and New Zealand.
Aoife has worked as a speech-language therapist in Wellington Hospital since 2017, consolidating her skills in a range of clinical specialties and building relationships across medical teams such as ENT, respiratory, oncology, endocrinology and acute care.
She has worked in clinical, leadership and education roles at the hospital, and is highly passionate about the positive impact that speech-language therapy can have on the health and experience of patients and their whānau.
