How telehealth works
Our telehealth sessions use the secure Cal.com platform and are conducted in a confidential setting. We'll provide simple instructions and most clients find it effective and convenient.
What you need
You'll need a laptop or tablet with a camera, a quiet room, and a stable internet connection. We send you a calendar invite with the secure session link.

Initial assessment

60–75 minute initial telehealth consultation. Full case history, clinical assessment, and a personalised therapy plan.
Follow-up session

45 minute follow-up telehealth session. Ongoing therapy, technique refinement, and home-practice review.
